General
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We provide same-day service across all major Dubai communities — Dubai Marina, JVC, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Al Barsha, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah, Deira, and Bur Dubai. If you're in a community not listed here, WhatsApp us — we likely cover it.
What are your service hours?
Standard service is Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Emergency callouts are available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays for safety-critical faults (active water leak, burning smell, sparks, no power). Call +971 50 983 0746 and select the emergency option for after-hours service.
How quickly can you reach me?
For emergency callouts, our average response time is 60–90 minutes across major Dubai areas. For non-emergency bookings, same-day and next-day slots are usually available. Book morning slots for priority same-day completion.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. All our technicians hold the relevant certifications for their trade — HVAC-certified for AC repair, DEWA-approved for electrical work, and licensed for plumbing. They are ID-verified, background-checked, and arrive in uniform.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. We offer 30-day workmanship warranty on AC repairs, 6-month warranty on electrical work, and 3-month warranty on plumbing repairs. Spare parts carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 3–12 months). If the same fault recurs from the same cause within the warranty period, we return free of charge.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due on completion of the work. For larger jobs (over AED 2,000), we may request a 50% deposit to order parts. We share a written invoice with warranty terms on every job.
Can you work with my landlord or building management?
Yes. We routinely work with landlords, property managers, and building facility teams across Dubai. We can provide a written quote for landlord approval, coordinate access with building management, and provide a written safety certificate on completion. Just let us know when booking.
Do you service commercial properties?
Yes. We service offices, retail outlets, restaurants, and small commercial properties across Dubai. For larger commercial properties with three-phase supply or VRF systems, our commercial AC team has the relevant certifications and experience.
Pricing
How much is your call-out fee?
Standard call-out fee is AED 100 during business hours, redeemable against the work if you proceed. Emergency call-out (after 10 PM or safety-critical faults) is AED 200, also redeemable. We share a full written quote before any work begins.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes. We provide free quotes for most jobs after a diagnostic visit. The standard call-out fee (AED 100) covers the diagnostic visit and is redeemable against the work if you proceed. For larger jobs, we can provide a desk estimate based on photos and description via WhatsApp.
Why is there a price range rather than a fixed price?
Most repairs have a price range because the final cost depends on the specific parts required, access to the work area, and the time involved. We always share a fixed written quote after the diagnostic visit — the price you approve is the price you pay, no add-ons.
AC Repair
Which AC brands do you repair?
We repair all major AC brands sold in the UAE including Daikin, LG, Samsung, Carrier, Gree, Super General, O General, Panasonic, Hisense, and Midea. Our technicians carry common spare parts and can source OEM parts for less common models within 24 hours.
How often should I service my AC in Dubai?
Due to Dubai's dusty environment and year-round AC usage, we recommend quarterly maintenance (every 3 months) for residential properties. Villas with garden-facing outdoor units and commercial properties need more frequent service — every 2 months or monthly. Annual maintenance is the absolute minimum but is not sufficient for Dubai's environment.
Why is my AC not cooling?
The most common causes are a clogged air filter, low refrigerant due to a slow leak, a dirty evaporator or condenser coil, a faulty capacitor preventing the compressor from starting, or a thermostat sensor fault. A diagnostic visit with manifold gauges and a clamp meter identifies the exact cause — guessing leads to unnecessary part replacements.
How much does AC repair cost in Dubai?
AC repair in Dubai typically costs AED 100–180 for filter cleaning, AED 350–550 for gas top-up, AED 250–400 for capacitor replacement, AED 250–450 for coil chemical wash, and AED 900–2,500 for compressor replacement depending on AC capacity and brand. We always share a fixed quote before starting any work.
Why does my AC keep needing gas refills?
Refrigerant does not get consumed during normal AC operation — if your AC needs frequent gas refills, it has a leak that has not been properly repaired. Our AC gas refill service includes leak detection and repair, so the gas stays in the system for years.
Electrical
Are your electricians DEWA-approved?
Yes. All our electricians hold valid DEWA approvals and licensing. Work is performed to UAE municipal electrical codes and signed off with a written safety certificate for landlord, tenant, and insurance documentation.
Why does my circuit breaker keep tripping?
Common causes are an overloaded circuit (too many appliances on one breaker), a faulty appliance drawing fault current, a loose neutral connection causing earth leakage, water ingress into outdoor fittings, degraded wiring insulation, or an ageing breaker weakened from repeated trips. A diagnostic visit with a clamp meter and insulation resistance tester identifies the exact cause.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency electrician service?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency electrician callouts for safety-critical faults — sparks, burning smell, water near electrical, no power. Call +971 50 983 0746 and select the emergency option. Standard response time is 60–90 minutes across major Dubai areas. Emergency call-out fee is AED 200, redeemable against the repair work.
Can I replace a 16A breaker with a 32A breaker to stop it tripping?
No, never. The breaker rating is matched to the cable size — fitting a larger breaker removes the protection and is the most common cause of electrical fires. If your circuit is genuinely overloaded, the proper fix is to redistribute the load or add a dedicated circuit for the high-load appliance.
Plumbing
Can you find a water leak behind a wall without breaking it open?
Yes. We use thermal imaging cameras to detect temperature differences from water behind walls, acoustic tracers to listen for the sound of escaping water, and moisture meters to map the affected area. We then open the minimum area needed — typically 30 cm × 30 cm or less.
How much does water leak repair cost in Dubai?
Leak detection with thermal imaging AED 200–500. Pipe repair AED 250–800 depending on material and access. Opening and reinstatement AED 150–400. Toilet wax ring replacement AED 150–300. Shower tray re-sealing AED 200–400. We always quote before any work begins.
Can you repair concealed cisterns in modern Dubai bathrooms?
Yes. We routinely repair concealed cisterns from Geberit, Grohe, Roca, and Tece behind access panels. The flush plate is removed, the cistern is accessed, and the failed component (flush valve, fill valve, or push-button) is replaced.
Do you use chemical drain cleaners?
No. Chemical drain cleaners damage uPVC pipes over time, create toxic fumes, and rarely clear the full blockage. We use mechanical cleaning (plunger, auger, hydro-jet) and biocide treatment instead — safer for your pipes and your family.
Service
Do you provide maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts starting from AED 499 per year for AC (covering up to 4 quarterly visits), and combined AC + electrical + plumbing contracts for villas and offices. Contract customers receive priority repair service, discounted spare parts, and a dedicated account manager. Visit our maintenance contract page for details.
Can you supply and install new AC units?
Yes. We supply and install new inverter split AC units from Daikin, LG, Samsung, and Gree. We handle the full installation including electrical connection, mounting, refrigerant charge, and commissioning. Inverter ACs typically save 25–40% on electricity bills compared to non-inverter units.
Do you work with tenants in rented apartments?
Yes. We routinely work with tenants in rented Dubai apartments. For minor work (socket replacement, light fitting) we proceed directly. For larger work (rewiring, DB upgrade) we recommend landlord approval and can provide a written quote for landlord review.
